Yankees Pitcher Tanaka Struck on Head From Line Drive By Teammate Stanton

This was not a Fourth of July to remember for the New York Yankees. While playing a simulated game at Yankee Stadium, Giancarlo Stanton hit a line drive which struck pitcher Masahiro Tanaka on the head. Tanaka had to be helped off the field and was subsequently taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital for further examination.

As if COVID-19 wasn't enough to worry about.

Hopefully Tanaka will make a speedy recovery and help Stanton overcome his anguish.
