The Palestinian Flag is Being Flown in North Andover, Massachusetts Until December 7th

On Monday night, the Select Board in North Andover, Massachusetts approved a proposal to fly the Palestinian flag over the North Andover Town Common through December 7th. 

These days shall live in infamy.

The Select Board claims this is a free speech issue. But alas no Israeli flag will be allowed to fly over the North Andover Town Common because the town now prohibits its residents from requesting to fly flags in the Common. 

So much for free speech.

Flying a Palestinian flag in the town square is akin to flying an ISIS flag or a Nazi flag. 

I cannot imagine the North Andover Select Board would have entertained a proposal to fly either flag. But a Palestinian flag is evidently O.K.

It tells the Jewish community of North Andover they are not welcome. 

Contrary to their claims, if one flies the Palestinian flag then the Select Board of North Andover condones kidnapping and murder of Israeli civilians by Hamas.

Of course, anti-Semitism is everywhere in America. If it can be found just down the road at Harvard University, then it can be found 25 miles north of Boston and all points between and beyond.

For shame.
