When I commented on the sudden passing of Lindsey Graham yesterday morning, I was very critical of his words and deeds which will be part of his legacy.
Yet I do not celebrate nor gloat in his passing.
Those who choose to make it known that they are glad that Lindsey Graham is dead are engaging in Trumpism.
Yes, President Trump behaved abhorrently after the deaths of Robert Mueller, Rob Reiner and, for that matter, John McCain many months after the fact. You could add Cokie Roberts and Colin Powell to the list.
So, what would possess anyone emulate Trump?
If you tell me that you are glad Lindsey Graham is dead because said and did things with which you disagree, then how are you any better than President Trump, let alone any different from him?
