The government of Qatar will soon bequeath President Trump a 747-8 Boeing jet for use as the new Air Force One.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is known as a bribe.
Of course, the Trump Administration assures us this is a gift. Why Attorney General Pam Bondi says so.
This would be the same Pam Bondi who was paid $115,000 a month as a lobbyist for the Qatari government.
Bondi isn't the only member of the Trump Administration who has received money from Qatar. There is FBI Director Kash Patel and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin not to mention Trump's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff who the Qataris bailed out of a bad real estate deal to the tune of $623 million.
Qatar, of course, has been a benefactor to Hamas and has long harbored its officials. How else does one explain Witkoff's recent statement that Hamas is not as ideologically extreme as portrayed and, just today, told the hostages' families that Israel, not Hamas, is to blame for prolonging the war. It would seem that Witkoff has 623 million reasons to make those kinds of statements.
The fact the Trump Administration is accepting a gift with an estimated value of over $400 million leads me to believe that it will soon bestow Hamas with diplomatic recognition and leave Israel out in the cold.
