Days After Nazi Salute, Musk Tells AfD Rally "Be Proud of German Values" & "Too Much Focus on Past Guilt"

On Saturday, Elon Musk made a surprise virtual appearance at a rally for Germany's AfD imploring the crowd to "be proud of German values" while chiding German society for having "too much focus on past guilt."

Musk's appearance at this rally comes only days after making a Nazi salute during President Trump's inauguration rally at the Capitol One Arena in Washington, D.C.

Frankly, I'm surprised Musk wasn't sporting a mustache by now.

The AfD has long supported a ban on kosher food and circumcision. If AfD were to be elected and to outlaw Jewish rituals, then I'm afraid to tell you it is only the beginning.

Germans go to the polls on February 23. The election came about following the collapse of the government last month which was led by Social Democrat Olaf Scholz which contained an uneasy coalition with the Greens and the Free Democrats, a center-right party.

Even if AfD doesn't win the election, I have a feeling it will play an influential role in the next German government and so too will Musk.

It's bad enough that Musk has power in the Trump Administration. It will be even worse if he has power in Germany where he in a position to tell Germans to forget about the Holocaust and go ahead and persecute Jews once more.
